Job title: Senior ICT Engineer

Job location: Brussels, Belgium

Job weekly hours: 40 hrs./week

Note: It's a fully remote opportunity and a short-term contract.

Job description:

We are looking for a Senior ICT Engineer with strong expertise in application packaging and MECM/SCCM, who will join an existing ICT team to support complex packaging activities. The role is hands-on and technical, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality application packages in a professional enterprise environment. Short-term availability and the ability to work fully remote are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Handle complex and non-standard application packaging requests within the team

Create, customize, and maintain application packages (MSI, MSIX, EXE)

Repackage vendor applications to meet enterprise deployment and security standards

Analyze installation behavior, dependencies, and application requirements

Have a good understanding of how applications are deployed using MECM/SCCM, including detection rules and dependencies

Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for installation, uninstallation, and remediation

Test and validate application packages in different environments

Troubleshoot packaging and deployment issues

Work closely with team members and other stakeholders as a team player

Document packaging processes and solutions clearly and consistently

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience in application packaging in enterprise environments

Strong hands-on knowledge of MECM/SCCM for application deployment

Experience with MSI customization and packaging tools (Specifically with the PSAppDeployToolkit)

Experience with MSIX and modern packaging methods

Solid PowerShell scripting skills related to application deployment

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

Experience with Windows 10/11 enterprise environments

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
