Job description:

A job at Proximus?

It all comes down to one mindset:

Think Possible.

We believe anything is possible—even when it may not seem that way yet.

As a Business Analyst, you play a crucial role in bringing that mindset to life. You help us build digital solutions that make a real impact: for our customers, our colleagues, and the way we work.

You turn ideas into solutions, data into insights, and collaboration into tangible results.

Your role

At Proximus, we do more than transform systems—we rethink how we work, collaborate, and create value.

As a Business Analyst, you are at the heart of that transformation. You act as the link between business and technology, ensuring that ideas are translated into practical solutions that work.

You help shape solutions for our Enterprise customers and the B2B segment: environments where scale, complexity, and reliability make all the difference. This means helping to shape insights and choices that directly impact critical processes at large companies—from the initial need to a working solution.

Turn ideas into reality

  • Support projects and monitor progress and deliverables

  • Ensure solutions align with the defined needs

  • Assist with testing to ensure solutions are implemented correctly

Work and lead across teams

  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business System Owners, Process Experts, and development teams.

  • Ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders

  • Take ownership of parts of projects and adjust course where needed

Make clarity your strength

  • Document requirements, decisions, and changes clearly and systematically

  • Ensure information is accessible and understandable to all stakeholders

  • Support backlog item refinement and prioritization

Why this role matters

As a Business Analyst, you make a difference by:

  • bridging the gap between business and IT
