Content Designer: Content & SEO Specialist with UX Design Expertise
Role Summary
We are seeking a Content Marketing Designer skilled in content strategy, SEO, and user-centered design to optimize user journeys and drive engaging, impactful digital experiences. This role involves guiding content creation across web and app platforms, ensuring that every touchpoint resonates with customers, aligns with brand values, and enhances conversion. You’ll work collaboratively with UX designers, marketers, and product teams to continuously refine and elevate our digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy and Development
Design, analyze, and create digital content solutions to enhance user journeys and deliver seamless, high-impact experiences across all customer segments.
Lead content design efforts for web and app platforms, incorporating UX writing best practices and aligning with brand values and content strategy.
Craft relevant, accessible, inclusive, and engaging content that resonates with user psychology, meeting customers’ needs while driving conversions.
User Experience Optimization
Plan, test, and optimize content across channels using data, insights, and customer feedback to refine the user experience continually.
Organize recurring customer tests, A/B testing, and user feedback sessions to validate assumptions and enhance the effectiveness of digital interfaces.
Collaborate closely with UX, design, and product teams to ensure content flows smoothly across the user journey, supporting omni-channel engagement.
Performance Analysis and Improvement
Define, track, and report on performance KPIs, ensuring that the content strategy supports conversion goals, call deflection, and customer satisfaction (NPS) targets.
Continuously monitor digital interfaces and optimize based on customer feedback, usage metrics, and performance indicators.
