Freelancer Opportunity (Direct) - 6 months contract
Roles Description:
Source and select candidates in line with profile need & our corporate culture
Required Responsibilities:
Recruitment from A till Z: sourcing, active search, selection, salary negotiation and feedback
Organize intake meeting with hiring manager to capture profile, requirements, decide way of working, fine-tune job description
Recruit senior/management levels, internally & externally
Conduct insourcing contract negotiations (including work permit requirements)
Act as project lead for specific recruitment projects
Degree & Experience:
Min 6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, preferably on-site contracting experience in large organizations
Experience with sourcing of niche profiles (digital, data, security, ICT)
Technical skills:
Solid experience with: ATS (Cornerstone), digital interviewing (Hirevue), testing (SHL), sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter)
Digital savvy (tooling)
