Job Title : Senior UX/UI Designer
Role Description: Guarantee end-to-end digital user's experience on all touch points of the Proximus digital channels.
Required Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business to define and develop prototypes of new concepts.
Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for new digital screens.
Create and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Develop interactive prototypes to illustrate UI interactions and animations.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve UI designs.
Work in close collaboration with the design team and the business analyst.
Work on digital improvement based upon research tracks, analytics, and verbatims.
Participate in short and mid-term project/features efforts.
Schedule and present basic presentation concepts.
Design and conduct user research.
Identify potential usability issues.
Convert research findings into actionable results.
Stay on top of new trends in usability and UI design.
Help maintain the UX research library, toolkit, and design system.
Skills and Competencies:
Good understanding and fluent use of the double diamond principles.
Organize design thinking workshops with stakeholders.
Build and create personas, user flows, wire flows, user stories, and service design blueprints.
Critical mindset and persistent attitude, always putting the user first.
Degree & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Typically, 5 years of experience in conducting user experience research using a variety of research methods.
Professional and relevant experience in UX/UI on large digital business projects in large companies.
Previous relevant work experience as a UX/UI Specialist.
Experience in the telecommunications sector is an asset.
Experience in Agile processes is an asset.
Technical Skills:
Web content management tools, platforms, e-commerce, and self-servicing solutions.
Proficiency in Figma.
Knowledge of Content Square and Adobe Analytics or other analytics tools.
