About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Senior UX Designer with a sharp mind, proactive energy, and deep experience in enterprise systems especially in billing, invoicing, B2B portals, and telco or finance sectors.

You'll own and drive the end-to-end user experience across our Proximus digital platforms. From early concepts to high-fidelity designs, you will work across business and technical teams to design for performance, clarity, and value all while advocating for user needs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complexity, uses data and insights to drive decisions, and knows how to collaborate while staying confidently self-directed.

Your Key Responsibilities

Own the full UX process: From research, flows, and wireframes to prototypes and UI specs.

Create clear personas, scenarios, user flows, journeys, and information architecture for business-critical journeys.

Design and deliver wireframes, interactive prototypes, and final screens using Figma.

Collaborate with BAs, developers, and business owners to align vision, feasibility, and outcomes.

Conduct heuristic evaluations, identify friction points, and propose UX improvements based on data and usability testing.

Use analytics tools like Content Square, Adobe Analytics, or similar to make evidence-based design decisions.

Organize and facilitate design thinking workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions.

Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively shape scope and features based on UX insight.

Contribute to the evolution of our design system and help maintain our UX toolkit and research library.

What You Bring

Must-Have Experience

5+ years designing for enterprise-grade platforms or complex digital ecosystems.

Strong background in invoicing, billing, B2B portals, or similar transactional workflows.

Comfortable navigating agile teams, legacy constraints, and high-stakes environments.

Experience conducting usability testing, research interviews, and translating insights into design decisions.

Design & Research Skills

Mastery of the Double Diamond design process and lean UX principles.

Ability to critique UX patterns, explore alternatives, and propose scalable design strategies.

Strong visual design sensibility and understanding of usability best practices.

Familiar with accessibility standards and optimizing for performance.

Analytical mindset: able to read data, interpret behavior, and prioritize accordingly.

Clear communicator who can present and defend design decisions with empathy and logic.
