Service description:

The main task for the Methods and Procedures Specialist/Business Analyst is to develop processes, design and other guidelines and deliver clear and concise methods & procedures + training materials.

Required Responsibilities:

Developing processes, design guidelines, installation instructions, repair procedures, network documentation guidelines etc.

Supporting the design process by matching the design & engineering rules with the real cases

Supporting the construction process (internal and external), participate in technology trials and give training to the design and construction partners

Perform field audits to ensure the methods & processes, design -and quality guidelines are followed

Responsible for projects with very important operational and budgetary impact

Is regarded as an expert in his/her matter

Degree & Experience:

Analytical experience combined with enough assertively to handle with internal stakeholders

5 years plus experience in a similar position within the telecom industry

Technical skills:

Understanding of AI and experience in AI related process is a big plus

Good knowledge of data analytics, able to analyze discrepancies in data sets, design queries to analyze completeness of network designs (nice to have)

Very good business process writing skills

Attitudes/Behavior:

Good coordination, planning & organizational skills

Excellent communicator who results and customer oriented

Team player able to work autonomous

Quality oriented with good reporting skills

Languages:

English + Dutch or French (interaction operations teams)
