Strong analytical capability: able to compare multiple learning plans, detect gaps and overlaps, assess transversal needs and turn fragmented input into clear conclusions.

Stakeholder management and influence: comfortable working across SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Ops, creating alignment and commitment

Program and learning solution design: able to shape end-to-end learning solutions (classical solutions, blended, e-learning…) for targeted populations, from needs analysis and solution design to implementation

Business and HR understanding: understands how capability needs, workforce planning, talent priorities and operational HR processes connect in a complex organisation.

Vendor and solution orientation: able to challenge and support the selection of learning vendors, formats and platforms in collaboration with Group Talent.

Financial acumen: able to support budget follow-up, resource allocation and management reporting for the transversal upskilling budget.

Communication and synthesis: able to create clear recommendations, summarize complex information and communicate in a structured way to senior HR stakeholders.

Collaborative drive: proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to connect people, challenge constructively and keep momentum across multiple stakeholders.

Fluent in office automation: able to work with digital office applications (Office 365), digital learning tools/platforms and general AI tools.
