It needs to be performed while ensuring operational continuity, contractual compliance, and financial control. The program faces tight deadlines and major challenges in technical migration, customer communication, commercial repositioning, operational readiness, risk management, and inter-entity coordination.

4.Stakeholder & Customer Engagement

Prepare and orchestrate communications toward:

Internal customers

External customers

Support account teams in commercial discussions, migration enablement, sales decks validation, and scenario explanation.

5.Financial, Contractual & Vendor Alignment

Coordinate with Finance on P&L impacts, RU model updates, and migration related financial flows.

Work with Legal & Procurement on contract addenda, vendor communications, and parallel transformation programs involving contractual impacts.

Support budget optimization by defining which technical refreshes will or will not be executed before Private Cloud sunset.

6.People & Change Management

Contribute to reskilling plans, talent retention, workforce implications, and new operating model definition.

Facilitate onboarding of new teams, program newcomers, and cross entity collaboration (e.g., Luxembourg partnership and resource sharing tracks).
