Join the FACTOR Journey as our Change Manager Are you passionate about guiding people through change and turning transformation into a positive experience?

Join the FACTOR project and help GIS shape the future of workplace management at Proximus. Within Proximus, GIS (Group Internal Services) manages a building portfolio of approximately 1,500 sites across Belgium.

After more than 15 years, the current Workplace Management Tool is being replaced by a new solution through the FACTOR project. The implementation phase is in full swing, with the business go-live targeted for 1 January 2027. To make this transformation a success, we need to ensure that more than 200 impacted internal and external colleagues are informed, involved and ready to adopt the new way of working.

That is where you come in.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager who can bring structure, energy and empathy to the onboarding journey and help teams embrace the change with confidence.

Your role will focus on the human side of change, while building a high-level understanding of the project content to support meaningful communication, stakeholder engagement and adoption.

What you will do

  • Design and drive the FACTOR change plan using a structured change management methodology such as ADKAR.

  • Create the conditions for successful adoption by anticipating resistance, listening to concerns and supporting impacted teams throughout the transition.

  • Plan, coordinate and follow up on change activities that help colleagues understand, accept and use the new tool.

  • Collaborate closely with the FACTOR core team, business SPOCs and impacted stakeholders to align messages, actions and priorities.

  • Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and provide clear reporting to keep the project team informed and focused. Who we are looking for

  • You are enthusiastic, creative and people-oriented, with a genuine “Think Possible” mindset.

  • You know how to inspire others and bring people together around a common vision or goal.

  • You combine empathy with pragmatism and understand how change can impact both team dynamics and individual behaviors.

  • You have strong interpersonal skills and can work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • You are familiar with the ADKAR change model and know how to translate change principles into concrete actions.

  • You are structured, proactive and able to define a clear plan covering all relevant change activities.

  • You enjoy facilitating workshops, co-creation sessions and brainstorming sessions linked to process improvement or transformation.

  • You communicate confidently in French, Dutch and English.

  • You are comfortable meeting colleagues on the floor to collect feedback, answer questions and build trust.

  • Previous experience in a similar project at Proximus is a strong plus.
