Role Overview:

As a Talent Sourcer within the Proximus recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent aligned with our hiring needs, primarily focusing on IT and financial roles. You will be responsible for the end-to-end sourcing process, acting as the primary sourcing expert for Proximus and its affiliates.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead sourcing efforts including active search, candidate screening, and qualification.

Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring managers.

Conduct intake meetings with recruiters and occasionally hiring managers to gather requirements and refine job descriptions.

Manage recruitment for medior/Senior level positions.

Serve as the sole sourcing point of contact for Proximus and select affiliated entities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in on-site contracting roles within large organizations.

Demonstrated passion for sourcing and talent hunting.

Proven experience sourcing for niche and specialized roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and various candidate databases for sourcing.

Digitally savvy with a strong interest in learning and exploring AI technologies.

Core Competencies:

Expertise in using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and niche databases.

Skilled in Boolean search and uncovering passive talent.

Strong influencing and engagement skills with candidates and stakeholders.

Clear and compelling messaging to attract top talent.

Ability to grasp job requirements and organizational context.

Assess candidates for both skill fit and cultural alignment.

Comfort with digital tools and eagerness to explore AI-driven sourcing methods.

Flexibility to adjust strategies and persistence in competitive talent markets.
