Job title: Senior Content Designer (Expert in SEO and writing for LLMs)
Job location: Brussels, Belgium
Job duration: 6 months with possible extension
Job weekly hours: 40 hrs./week
Role description:
As a Senior Content Designer, you will produce and review customer facing support content and also make sure it is optimized for search engines and be readable by LLMs, tailored to external and internal customer needs, and aligned with our brand voice. You will work closely with other content designers, externals agencies and stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities:
Design and create digital content to support internal and external customers in finding online solutions regarding their journeys (billing, administrative, technical) with Proximus.
Build support pages using our CMS (Magnolia/Contentful).
Develop and design supportive, user-friendly content that aligns with our brand tone of voice/values, design principles and that consider accessibility, inclusiveness etc.
Create/add a content strategy for support pages, based on keyword clusters and the use of different types of pages.
Be able to translate complex explanations and processes in easily understandable content by engaging customers to stay digital, give them a good experience and in the end avoid they contact us.
Ensure a consistent user experience across all touchpoints and make sure there is content consistency with chat- and voice bot flows.
Conduct user research and analyze data and insights to understand user behavior and optimize content for a better experience, a higher customer satisfaction and contact deflation.
Monitor customer feedback and metrics to optimize the online content.
Utilize AI tools and technologies to enhance content creation and optimization.
Ensure all content is SEO-friendly and optimized for search engines. Also monitoring SEO trends.
Drive the project for make sure our content is readable for LLMs.
Share your expertise on SEO and writing for LLMs with other content designers and make sure it is well applied.
Stay up to date with trends and best practices in copywriting (also for LLMs), SEO, AI applications.
Use AI-powered analytics to identify content gaps, predict customer behavior and guide strategy for SEO and writing for LLM.
Tasks:
Create customer centric content for our internal and external customers.
Make our support content SEO and LLM-proof.
Train other content designers with best practices regarding SEO and writing for LLMs.
Build webpages in our CMS.
Analyze and monitor support pages (Adobe Analytics, Content Square?) and customer’s feedback.
Collaborate with content designers, external agencies and manage stakeholders.
Attend agile ceremonies (stand-up, sprint planning, demos).
Experience and skills:
You have minimal 5 year of proven experience as a Content Designer and/or SEO/LLM expert.
You are familiar with AI tools and technologies used in content creation and optimization.
Knowledge of these tools is a plus:
Magnolia/Contentful
Figma/Fig jam
Adobe Analytics, Content square
SEMrush/Search console.
You have good knowledge of French OR Dutch AND English; able to participate and interact in a multilingual meeting.
You are familiar with SEO best practices and writing for LLMs.
You actively explore AI tools and copy/SEO/LLM trends to continuously improve your content design workflows and have them well-ranked.
You are used to analyze metrics reporting.
You are customers- and results oriented.
You have an open mindset; you easily communicate and share information.
You have good creativity assets, to think out of the box and propose pro-active actions.
You can work independently and take responsibility.
You are well organized.
You have excellent communication and coordination skills.
You are used to work in a cross-functional large company context and to deal with its complexities.
You are flexible and stress-resistant (with respect for deadlines and priorities, you can work on multiple projects simultaneously).
