Job Title: Construction Surveyor - Junior

Job location: Namur, Belgium

Job salary range: 320 euros/day

Role Description:

The construction surveyor provides a local support to the network construction project.

Required Responsibilities:

The junior construction surveyor supports the construction surveyor to fulfill tasks described in the responsibilities:

Prepare the site for the works to be started:

Assist to preparation meetings (internal & external ones), uses the meeting reports for verification of the agreements/decisions:

Preparation of the planned works, check and complete the project execution plan, ensure everything is ready for the works to start without any issues.

Plan and schedule for all needed material to be available.

Document all tasks and steps into the Proximus systems.

Follow-up of on-going works (potentially multiple construction sites):

Provide instructions for the workers onsite.

Perform quality checks.

Perform safety checks to ensure the works are being carried out in a safe environment.

Provide technical support and offer solutions for issues encountered during the works.

After completion of the works:

Verification of the quality of the works.

Completion of the project execution plan, validation of the progress.

Degrees & Experience:

First limited experience in telecom construction, other utility construction or other general construction sector.

Technical Skills:

VolVCA certification.

Knowledge of MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel).

Driving License B.

Attitudes / Behavior:

Good interpersonal & communication skills.

Good negotiation skills.

Eager to learn

Languages:

You are fluent in F with a good knowledge of English
