Job title: Fiber Quality Supervisor
Job Location: Minimum 3 days of site visits in the Brussels region, 1 day at Proximus headquarters (Brussel), and 1 day homeworking (after training).
Languages: French and/or Dutch, with good English knowledge.
Job salary range: 350 to 380 euors/day
Team Overview
The Fiber Quality team plays an essential role in Proximus? nationwide Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) rollout. The team ensures that subcontractors consistently meet Proximus? quality standards, supporting a seamless customer experience.
Our activities span the full rollout process.
From communicating planned works to residents to validating the final installation step before customer activation.
Quality monitoring is performed primarily through photo-based remote supervision, complemented by on-site inspections as the team expands its scope.
Role Description
As a Fiber Quality Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring high-quality FTTH deployment by conducting remote and on-site quality checks on contractor work. You will coach contractor teams, provide technical support, and ensure strict adherence to established procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Perform remote quality checks on contractor deliverables, including document completeness, photo analysis, and KPI review.
Monitor the use of the supervision tool across construction sites and coach contractor team leaders.
Give on-site instructions to workers when required.
Conduct quality audits on-site in buildings during and after works.
Provide technical support to resolve issues related to the remote supervision tool.
Travel between construction sites to support teams and perform audits.
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for contractor teams.
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in telecom, utilities, or general construction.
On-the-job coaching will be provided
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Windows, Word, Excel).
VOL/VCA certification
Familiarity with mobile applications is an asset.
Comfortable adopting new technologies
Basic project management knowledge
Valid Category B driving license

Work Arrangement
