Key Responsibilities
Act as the central orchestrator between the Strategic Workforce Planning team, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Operations, ensuring that transversal upskilling priorities are translated into aligned, actionable plans.
Support Learning Partners in the creation of SWP-based learning plans by helping them translate the SWP Upskilling input into for their respective populations
Review SWP learning plans across domains to help identify synergies for a more coherent transversal upskilling approach.
Analyse capability gaps that are not sufficiently addressed in the learning plans, with a focus on transversal priorities that cut across teams, functions or employee populations.
Propose, together with the learning partners, concrete learning solutions (learning tracks, e-knowledge solutions…) for selected populations, including target population, learning objectives and expected outcomes.
Work closely with Group Talent to identify the most relevant external vendors, ensuring quality, consistency and strategic fit with broader talent priorities.
Collaborate with HR Operations to translate learning trajectories into operational training setups, including planning, administration and reporting
Support the SWP team in monitoring the upskilling budget, following up commitments and actuals, and reviewing budget allocation
Key Skills
Strategic learning mindset: able to connect workforce planning insights with long-term capability building and translate strategic priorities into concrete learning actions.
Strong analytical capability: able to compare multiple learning plans, detect gaps and overlaps, assess transversal needs and turn fragmented input into clear conclusions.
Stakeholder management and influence: comfortable working across SWP, Learning Partners, Group Talent and HR Ops, creating alignment and commitment
Program and learning solution design: able to shape end-to-end learning solutions (classical solutions, blended, e-learning…) for targeted populations, from needs analysis and solution design to implementation
Business and HR understanding: understands how capability needs, workforce planning, talent priorities and operational HR processes connect in a complex organisation.
Vendor and solution orientation: able to challenge and support the selection of learning vendors, formats and platforms in collaboration with Group Talent.
Financial acumen: able to support budget follow-up, resource allocation and management reporting for the transversal upskilling budget.
Communication and synthesis: able to create clear recommendations, summarize complex information and communicate in a structured way to senior HR stakeholders.
Collaborative drive: proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to connect people, challenge constructively and keep momentum across multiple stakeholders.
Fluent in office automation: able to work with digital office applications (Office 365), digital learning tools/platforms and general AI tools.
