Role Overview

The Project Coordinator in Belgium acts as the primary liaison between Proximus DTI (Brussels) and GCC DTI teams in Bangalore. This role ensures seamless coordination of activities, timely communication, and alignment across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

The primary contact in Belgium for DTI GCC-related activities (e.g., demand collection, feedback management).

Managing and updating project materials (e.g., JD’s, presentations, documentation).

Scheduling and maintaining consistency for monthly DTI Welcome calls.

Regular communication with the DTI GCC team (twice weekly) for updates.

Supporting ramp-up plans, job descriptions, recruitment, and onboarding.

Facilitating collaboration between teams in India and Belgium and hiring managers.

Driving engagement with hiring managers to strengthen recruitment and onboarding processes.

The coordinator also organizes cross-functional meetings, tracks progress and fosters smooth collaboration between all parties involved.

Roles & Responsibilities

Organize and maintain GCC project documentation; confidently present updates to larger DTI audiences when required.

Schedule and ensure consistency for monthly DTI Welcome calls.

Maintain regular touchpoints with the DTI GCC team twice a week.

Collaborate on preparing materials for monthly DTI GCC status calls with Chapters.

Support ramp-up plans, recruitment, and onboarding processes.

Facilitate alignment between HR India and agile coaches for PEAK training.

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to aid recruitment and onboarding.

Coordinate cross-functional meetings to review milestones and mitigate risks along with DTI IT head.

Maintain close contact with BOT partners and hiring managers to remove recruitment impediments.

Prepare summary reports for leadership, track key metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Organize team-building activities and workshops to foster collaboration.

Work closely with Change Agents to drive adoption of DTI GCC initiatives and overcome resistance.

Engage with senior management to report status, resolve impediments, and facilitate team discussions.

Role Enhancement Opportunities

This position can be expanded to include:

Designing and implementing mentorship programs to accelerate team development.

Leading diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote an innovative and balanced workplace.

Establishing feedback loops with new hires and existing staff to refine HR, recruitment, and onboarding strategies.

In the coming months, the focus will shift toward:

Preparing for the transfer phase.

Collaborating with the Change and Communication Manager to strengthen Belgium India team integration.

Working with COL(s)/CAL(s) on ramp-up plans.

Ensuring GCC teams feel fully integrated within DTI.

All activities will be carried out in close collaboration with the GCC DTI Chapter Area Lead, GCC IT Head, and BOT Partner
