Job description

Are you administratively strong and do you have a basic interest in technology? Then we are looking for you to support our optical team!

This team is responsible for handling optical faults and supervising our contractors for welding/splicing works in the Proximus optical network.

Your Role

As an administrative assistant, you will support our technical optical colleagues in their day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for creating work orders and managing the schedule and planning of our technicians.

Your Tasks

  • Intake, planning & dispatch of work orders for our own technicians.

  • Updating and managing various work orders.

  • Supporting technical teams with administrative follow-up.

  • Monitoring data quality in our administrative systems.

  • Administrative aftercare/follow-up of completed works.


Your Profile

  • Technical background or a basic knowledge of telecom (or a strong interest in it).

  • Knowledge of MS Office.

  • Accurate, structured, and communicative.

  • A team player with a proactive attitude.
