DVA Chapter Area
Within DVA Chapter Area, the Enterprise team creates the dialogues of the Proximus Enterprise Digital Assistant (chatbot), improves customer user experience and responds to the digital needs of today's customer.
As UX conversational designer you will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for the implementation and delivery of conversational chatbot for enterprises.
You will report to the Chapter Owner responsible for the designers working on tools for our enterprise customers (B2B) where customer journeys are key. Alternately, you will sit with designers from the chapter and with other content designers on Mondays. You will spend the other days of the week with your squad members.
Your key responsibilities:
Design and optimize conversational flows for chatbots and multimodal interfaces
Create and maintain conversation design systems and dialogue patterns
Develop persona frameworks and tone of voice guidelines for AI assistants
Conduct user research and usability testing for conversational interfaces
Collaborate with AI/ML teams to enhance natural language understanding
Design inclusive conversations that work across diverse user groups
Implement analytics and metrics to measure conversation success
Design natural, multi-turn conversations across chat and hybrid channels.
Collaborate with Business and UX Service Designers to embed conversational touchpoints in broader journey systems.
Prototype and test and optimize conversational experiences to refine clarity, empathy, and efficiency.
Required competences:
3+ years of experience in designing conversational interfaces, chatbots, or AI-driven experiences.
Able to translate technical logic into simple, intuitive experiences.
Must have previous conversational design and copywriting expertise with a sensitivity to tone and emotional context
Have basic UX skills and a background in UX, behavioral design, or growth hacking
Skilled in tools like Voice flow, Bot press, or Dialog flow
Proficient with digital collaboration tools (Fig Jam, Miro, Mural)
Skilled in data analysis, KPIs, and feasibility assessment
Able to engage and motivate cross-functional team members and stakeholders
Experienced in coaching product/design teams
Familiar with AI-powered products/assistants
Experience in working in the enterprise context is a plus!
