Business analyst - Senior

Seniority level: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis; at least 5 years in IT, preferably in application development, cloud computing technologies, and a solid understanding of IT resilience concepts

Language: Very good ENG, NL or FR is a plus

Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be part of the IT Resilience and Audit team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Analysing operational processes and solutions across various areas of the IT department (applications, cloud infrastructure, operational processes, data requirements, etc.).

Defining metrics and measuring results across teams and solutions.

Assisting in implementing improved solutions and following up on results.

Developing acceptance criteria.

Conducting gap analysis.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders, through workshops, as well deep-dive analysis of received information.

Skills:

Solid experience in business analysis, process analysis and IT.
