Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves managing cros--functional teams, resources, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities:

Structure the project e2e, manage and report on project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans and schedules.

Manage project resources, including team members of involved departments and budgets.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.

Communicate project status to stakeholders including senior management and ensure alignment.

Implement transformation initiatives across multiple domains.

Manage sprint-based delivery and align cross-department dependencies.

Risks management, incl identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring.

Dependency management

Use variable tools like Jira, PowerPoint, Excel, and others for reporting and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience working in Prince2, Scrum frameworks.

Detail-oriented with ability to stay focused on the main elements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Structural and system thinking

Skilled in different types of visualization , including solution architecture

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Extremely structured and organized.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Consulting experience to report to steerco.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Dependable and able to work autonomously, focusing on results.

Adaptability: Flexible and able to adapt to changing environments.

Highly disciplined and organized.

Quick learner who can handle large amounts of information effectively.
