Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Organizational Change Manager. The successful candidate will help manage changes and transformations in the environment, addressing the human factor, reducing potential resistance, and helping people succeed. This role involves developing and implementing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement change management strategies.
Assess the impact of changes on the organization and its people.
Develop communication and training plans to support change initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities.
Provide support and guidance to stakeholders throughout the change process.
Create content for the communication and train plans in collaboration with subject matter expert
Conduct required communication and coaching session
Continuously monitor and identify discrepancies in the environment with decision made and communicated
