Job Summary

The purpose of the job is to drive, deliver projects and initiatives in the field of physical security. More specifically, you’ll be assigned to the front/end user part of a program that consists in upgrading the entire Proximus access control management (700 buildings).

The stream you’ll be assigned to is dedicated to the creation, the documentation, the communication and deployment of new automated and digitalized processes to manage all users demand and needs, and to deliver the related access control solutions to users (badges, access rights, QR codes, contractor management system, visitor management system)

Key Responsibilities

You define and deliver the most appropriate strategy for badge delivery to the 30 000 people considering the established planning for technical migration of buildings, and other key projects and deadlines

You identify, with the key stake holders, the most suitable access control solution (access type (badge, electronic key, QR code, layout, process to meet each of the use case while standardizing. You are able to articulate related user requirements and process. Together with the supplier you are able to deliver smoothly the related digitalized solution and communicate it to users

You identify the different processes to be digitalized in order to dematerialize the badge room, focusing on user experience (Ux). Therefore, you identify the “service portal” content and structure embedding streamlined and automated process covering badge lifecycle, contractor management, visitor management while considering the IT eco-system (SAP-HR, BFarm, user app). You prioritize, lead and help deliver the related solutions together with internal and external stakeholders

Additionally, you lead the deployment of a system for automatic access rights management, the central access management tool and all other access management tools

You involve internal customers to co-define the most suitable solutions considering the various requirements in terms of security, compliance, flexibility. You ensure a standardization across Proximus while considering key specificities of the different entities

You are at easy to lead part of the transformation of our service model and as such to lead the related change management within the department and with our internal customers. You ensure appropriate transition period to move from the “as-is” to the “to-be” solution.

You set-up, update and maintain the appropriate governance framework by putting in place and maintaining share points, KPI’s, meetings, Project management tools

Ensure smooth and timely communication between partners and within Proximus during ACT migration and all other security project rollouts (to each users/stkl groups incl. internal system experts, internal clients (ACT migration target population per building).

Actively participate to all Proximus Internal Physical Security system upgrades & processes incl. ITT/UAT testing, disaster recovery exercises, yearly physical security IT roadmap definition

Profile

You hold a bachelor or a master’s dregree

You have at least 10 years of experience managing projects, operations and related processes in a large or complex organization

You are trilingual Dutch, French and English

Technical or technological background is a plus

You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills, you easily adapt to various types of stakeholders

You are able to convey clear and impactful messages, and to adapt your communication support accordingly

You are solution-driven and therefore

You are able to assess situations (quantity and quality) and to identify and drive solutions based on a prioritization. You are able to balance quick solutions versus structural changes on a case-by-case basis

You are able to deal complexity and with multiple interfaces and inter-dependencies within Proximus and beyond

You have a “co-construction” mindset while being able to identify your on accountabilities. You lead with a good balance between cooperation and assertiveness

You have the ability to build strong effective team around you, even in a virtual way

You are service and customer-oriented and are able to streamline and automate processes accordingly

You have the tools to manage operational aspects, organize, drive and follow-up projects (quick-wins, continuous improvement, or from scratch)
