Job location: Belgium (Hybrid - 2 days/week onsite)

Job weekly hours: 40 hrs./week

Role description:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer who can take insights from user research and bring them to life through elegant, scalable interfaces. You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and researchers to deliver high-impact digital experiences for enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities

Translate user needs into intuitive interfaces and design system components.

Create wireframes, mockups, interaction flows, and pixel-perfect UIs.

Work within a design system and contribute to its evolution.

Design for responsive web platforms and data-heavy enterprise interfaces.

Support accessibility and usability standards throughout the design lifecycle.

Partner with developers to ensure feasibility and design fidelity.

Must-Haves

3 to 5 years of experience designing interfaces for complex digital products.

Mastery of Figma and design systems (e.g., Material, Carbon, custom design libraries).

Strong visual design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with tech teams.
